A visão saussuriana da linguagem
a partir das análises de Mattoso Câmara (1975)
Keywords:
Saussure, Mattoso Câmara, Descriptive Study, EvolutionAbstract
From the contribution of Mattoso Câmara Jr., in his work History of the Linguistic of 1975, more precisely in his approach of the chapter XVII “The Sausurre view of the language”, it is intended with this work some reflections about the importance of Sausurre in the evolution of the linguistic thought. Although the linguistic theories had taken several directions throughout the history, real determinant and innovative facts of the current linguistic study have only happened with Saussure who collaborated in the formation of the central linguistic studies, systematizing and establishing the descriptive study. Here we consider the evolution of the thought of Saussure in favor of the Linguistic Science.
