Territorialidade e pertença
identidades em lusofonia
Keywords:
lusophonies, territorial, belonging, identityAbstract
This study discusses the issue of Lusitanian identity concerning the expressions “never before” used by Camões in the Lusiads and Lula, ex-President of Brazil in his political speeches. It discusses the issue of territorial belonging and how these expressions evoke identity dynamics. We use the Derrida’s prerrogatives on the bustrophedon language movement, whose plow always brings out the waste of other stories by ‘re-utilization’ and ‘re-signification’ signs. We argue if the expression “never before” is a patriot lusophone continuum, even cried at different historical moments.
