Abstract

This article discourses upon Portuguesized verbs derived from Anglicisms; exposes the view of ome theorists who deal with language variation and change; exemplifies Portuguesized verbs from Anglicisms; concludes that this kind of verbscan be inserted in processes of language change in the current Brazilian Portuguese.
