Li no Informe JB, de 09/10/95, a) que o Brasil receberá no dia 04 de dezembro uma missão da Comissão Interamericana de Direitos Humanos, da Organização dos Estados Americanos; b) que dita Comissão fará uma viagem de uma semana pelos estados amazônicos, com a finalidade de investigar desrespeitos à dignidade humana na região; c) que houve autorização do governo Fernando Henrique Cardoso para tal, e que essa autorização é inédita e representa um ato de coragem.
