Venda de férias ... pagamento de taxa extra
Abstract
Sr. Redator. O JB, de 17 do mês corrente, estampa na 1ª pág. do, 2º caderno curta nota na qual informa que o Governo Federal emitiu Lei Executiva (também chamada Medida Provisória) nº 1523, já em vigor, segundo a qual as pessoas (naturalmente os pequenos e médios assalariados ) que "vendam" parte de suas férias ( e o fazem por necessidade, pois há três anos sem receber qualquer reajuste salarial) irão pagar uma taxa extra à Previdência (ao Estado, não?) que deverá variar de 8% a 11 % (qual o critério?).
